We plan to come back! A person prepped the harder-to-clean grit and wiped the car down well afterwards. All in, everything took about 10 minutes and the car is clean again.

It’s a losing battle trying to keep my car clean this time of year with all the pollen and crap falling from the trees, but a quick visit here took care of it! Will definitely sign up for the monthly unlimited option which is not much more expensive than 1 visit.

Along the very busy intersection that is Minnesota Avenue & Pennsylvania Avenue SE is a darkly painted brick building with a large sign that reads "Car Wash." For many years, it wasn't operational, but nearby auto shop Kangaroo brought it back.

Driving up on a Friday at 6 p.m., there was no wait. At a kiosk, you pay via credit card which wash you want. I went with the recommended for $19.99.

Once at the wash, a kind worker scrubbed down my car by hand. Then, my car went through the car wash. At the end, the same worker hand dried my car. I left the car wash within 10 minutes from start to finish with a very clean car. I plan to return!
